The reason I follow your lessons is exactly because they are in Japanese!

Ja, ik ben gewoon niet zo thuis in Photoshop. Procreate heeft veel nadruk op tekenen en alle gestures zijn daarop ingericht, dat maakt het fijn werken.
Maar altijd goed om nieuwe apps te blijven proberen :)
Procreate op de iPad :D vind ik echt een uitkomst, want mijn eerdere pogingen om weer eens wat meer te tekenen stopten allemaal omdat ik niet wist wat ik met die stapels papier aan moest. Het was even wennen maar ik kan er nu wel lekker mee werken.
It was about Zelda, I believe, and I kept it on a floppy instead of a server. It had a “secret page”, which was linked from one of the letters of a page header. It was a pretty obvious link though: I had no idea how to get rid of the underscore with just HTML.
O absoluut, maar dat bedoelde ik ook met dat je er iets bij nodig hebt. Voor kanji-stampen is deze gewoon heel fijn. Was een oprechte tip, ik ben er heel blij mee :) 頑張ってね〜
Nee, maar wel: Wanikani. Moet je wel nog combineren met iets voor grammatica en echte woordenschat, maar dingen kunnen lezen is zo leuk! Zelf opnieuw begonnen en nu weer op level 9 :)

This is actually one of my favorites. So minimal but so much movement.
Lekker bij het stoplicht met je armen wapperen. Als ik iemand zou raken zouden ze toch te dichtbij zijn.
Ik was er dus net en ik had er ook geen op, maar jeetje, wat komen mensen dichtbij. Zit er sterk over te denken er gewoon een te dragen om te laten zien dat het mij wél boeit. Ik vind het gewoon asociaal.
Toch wel blij dat het er toch over ging.
Eens! Met positief was ik niet blij geweest, en het was ook zeker een opluchting dat ik niets had, maar dan had ik het in elk geval niet verder doorgegeven.
Bizar, zo’n stigma, maar helaas ook niet het eerste virus waar het stigma erger is dan de positieve uitslag.
O ‘t is alweer van 2 juli, maar ik lees overal dat mensen zich niet laten testen, en ik vermoed uit angst omdat ‘t er zo gek uitziet. Het is letterlijk: je belt en vandaag of morgen mag je langskomen. En nog weer een of twee dagen later bellen ze, in mijn geval was ‘t negatief :)

Deze golf heeft me wel veel bewuster gemaakt van wat er speelt. Misschien dat ik straks gebruik ga maken van mijn privilege om even met andere dingen bezig te zijn, maar ik denk wel dat ik nu beter in staat ben racisme te herkennen en van daar uit een gesprek te beginnen.
Het komt vaak genoeg naar voren in het dagelijks leven, denk ik, dat er toch zeker maandelijks momenten moeten zijn om erover te praten. Doel is denk ik het gesprek gaande te houden en meer mensen te blijven informeren, juist ook over de zaken die niet direct gezien worden.
This reminds me also of the design of Animal Crossing. (Full disclosure: I'm totally addicted at the moment, see real life bugs and instantly recognise they are not part of my collection yet.)
But in the game, everything is done by interacting with characters on the island you walk on. You unlock new features and game play, as Tom Nook gives you a NookPhone and sends you more and more apps. New mechanics often come in the form of new characters and buildings as well.
Most iconic to me is the airport, located at the south of every island. You want to connect with your friends and go to their island? You have to go to the airport to do so. You can then talk with the dodo behind the counter and let him open the gates (so friends can visit you) or search for flights to other islands. In the conversation he asks: do you want to go to an island that is close or far away, meaning: local connection or connection over the internet? All the loading and connecting is dressed up as if you are taking a flight, it's really well done.

Ja, kunnen we die dingen wat beter verdelen over het jaar? Ik word helemaal tureluurs van al die korte weken die rond lange weekenden slalommen.
It’s sad, but I will keep cycling to the office (once it opens again), because that is the most efficient, and I am very opposed to owning a car (there is a shared GreenWheels in the street next to me) and hey, I didn’t pass the exam yet!
That’s what I missed the most: social contact... The situation here allows for ‘contact jobs’ like barbers and driving lessons, with some extra precautions, last few weeks. I know it’s a risk, but I see zero friends and family now, public tests are coming. Hope stuff stays down.
Driving lessons. I am almost 31, live a Dutch city with plenty of bike space and love our trains, but am I stressed about them right now and want more options to see my parents. (Turns out it’s kind of fun burning fuel for an hour, just to move your body in a box on wheels.)
